I live in Aurora with my amazing wife, Jane, and our adorable dog, Oliver, and I can honestly say I feel incredibly blessed to have them in my life! My adventures have taken me all over Ontario, living in a bunch of different places hundreds of kilometers apart. That’s why my real estate business has such a wide reach—I’ve made friends and connections everywhere I’ve been!

When I’m not chatting about real estate, you’ll probably find me swinging clubs on the golf course or hitting the ice for a game of hockey. I also love kicking back with some good TV or movies, so I’m always up for recommendations—bring on the next streaming adventure!

What do I like most about real estate?

Home Renovation Magic: With years of experience renovating homes and an endless passion for home improvement, I enjoy seeing the potential in every space. Helping clients turn a “fixer-upper” into a stunning piece of art that suits their lifestyle is what I live for! The before-and-after transformations? Pure magic, especially when a lot of creativity is involved.

Negotiation Ninja: I thrive on the thrill of negotiation! While some agents may see it as a nightmare, I find it exhilarating. This might be what I’m best at as a Realtor and I give credit to my past work experience dealing with life-or-death situations in the hospital on a daily basis. Staying keen and calm during intense negotiations is my bread and butter! Every real estate transaction is uniquely complex and can be fraught with emotion. It gives me great satisfaction when I can keep complicated deals together and find creative solutions to bridge large gaps for my clients. Although some aspects of negotiations are not ideal and deals won’t always make sense for clients, I will help them navigate the stress of having to walk away from a deal.

Building Awesome Connections: For me, the best part of this job is connecting with clients on a personal level. When those business relationships turn into genuine friendships, it’s a win-win!
